Although she may be upbeat and silly, who knows what might be lurking underneath the surface? I'm pretty sure Wally might be trying to control her and the other puppets of Welcome Home, but we don't really know for certain.

This kind of reminds me of Tom Warburton's art style. The artwork in FNF done by PhantomArcade always seemed to remind me of Codename: Kids Next Door somewhat, but this really takes the cake.
